CALACS CONGRESS 2024 Submission Guide 

Go to the English section of the website to begin the process.

This process does not require you to be a member. Upon acceptance of your proposal, you will be required to become a member

Step 1: Visit 

Step 2: Create an account: 

Step 3: If you are a new member, please fill out the sign up form. If you are a member, please log in with the username and password you provided to create your CALACS account

Step 4: Once you logged in Click on User account:

Step 5: Click on "my submissions" option 

Step 6: Please locate the Congress section and select the webform that best suits your participation interests

Step 7: Fill out the webform with the required information

Step 8: After completing the form, click on "preview" to verify the accuracy of your information

Step 9: After completing the webform and verifying the information entered, click the submit button

Step 10: When you submit a proposal for a panel or paper, you will receive confirmation on the website
